On June 13, 2022, the Underground Storage Tank (UST) Section of the Division of Waste Management, Mooresville Regional Office, received the Groundwater Monitoring Report for the subject site. This information will remain in the UST Section files. Upon review, the Division has determined that monitoring wells MW-2R and MW-4R
may be removed from the sampling schedule, and that, per your consultant’s recommendation, WSW-3 should be added to the schedule. These wells must be replaced prior to the next groundwater sampling event.
