Hello Brad,
I am writing you today in regards to the Kingsway #8 site in Gastonia NC (Incident #19405). While the
PCAF was approved several months ago, there has been on-going issues with obtaining an access
agreement from the new property owners in order to drill the two replacement monitoring wells. As
those issues are getting worked out, I would like to request an extension of the deadline for both the
sampling event and reporting. I’ve attached a previous NCDEQ correspondence showing that the
replacement wells need to be completed before the sampling event. If it is possible, GMA would like to
push the sampling event to sometime in March (if not completed sooner) and have the letter report to
