Mr. Kleiman,

A request was made by Arcadis, Inc, on December 23, 2022, to dismantle the on-site remediation system to allow
development of the property by the new property owner, Southern Concrete. The system may be removed with the
expectation that Univar will continue to address the plume at the site per NCDEQ UST regulations, and that the current
owner, Southern Concrete, will continue to allow Univar to access to the property to perform the required work, until
the site meets the requirements for incident closure.
