The Division of Waste Management (DWM) received a Groundwater Monitoring Report dated November
28, 2022, prepared on your behalf by Geological Resources, Inc. After review of this report, DWM concurs with an
additional AFVR event and follow up sampling in January 2023.

The results of these efforts should be summarized in a monitoring report consistent with our report templates
and include updated geologic cross-sections and recommendations to mitigate the release. The monitoring report
should be submitted by March 2023.
