Broad Avenue Rockingham, Richmond County Incident Number: 48547 Risk Classification: Intermediate Ranking: I-200-A Dear Mr. McDonald: The UST Section is in receipt of the Limited Site Assessment Report, dated December 12, 2022. Before the risk of the incident can be fully considered, you are requested to conduct a soil boring event to obtain both horizontal and vertical soil profile data to better understand how diesel fuel entered the city’s storm water drainage system. The data should be submitted in the Soil Cleanup Plan format on or before May 31, 2023. If you have any questions regarding trust fund eligibility or reimbursement from the Commercial Leaking Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund, please contact the UST Section Trust Fund Branch at (919) 707-8171.
