Dear Mr. Chiara:
The UST Section, Division of Waste Management, is in receipt of the Groundwater Monitoring Report dated June 21, 2021. The report has been reviewed and will be maintained in the Fayetteville Regional Office.
This office recommends semiannual groundwater monitoring and reporting activities. The next monitoring report should be submitted to the Division no later than January 21, 2022. During the next
monitoring event, monitoring wells 1 (MW-1) and monitoring well 5 (MW-5) should be sampled.
Additionally, include an updated water table contour map, gauging all wells except the monitoring
wells suspected to be located in a perched water table.
