Dear Mr. McDonald:
The UST Section is in receipt of the Ground Water Monitoring Report, dated December 23, 2022. You are requested
to conduct a vertical soil profile event to obtain smear zone mass data within the ground water GCL (gross contaminant
level) plume. It is also requested that you obtain samples for Total Organic Carbon and grain size analysis during this
scope of work. The data should be submitted in the Soil Cleanup Plan format on or before May 31, 2023.
If you have any questions regarding trust fund eligibility or reimbursement from the Commercial Leaking Petroleum
Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund, please contact the UST Section Trust Fund Branch at (919) 707-8171. If
