Dear Mr. Robertson:
The Monitoring Report dated October 27, 2022, has been reviewed and you are requested to proceed
with your consultant’s recommendations as stated in the report conclusions. The next sampling event should
be scheduled to occur during April 2023 using a reduced number of monitoring wells. Perhaps by that time the
static water levels will have increased sufficiently enough to schedule a Fate & Transport Model.
