This discharge shall be between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., five days a week. Please note the following as it pertains to the program: It has been brought to my attention that haulers still occasionally discharge at our facility and not clean the receiving area adequately if at all. This is not acceptable. The nature of wastewater lends itself to be both an odor and health nuisance. It places an undue burden on plant operational staff and your fellow haulers to clean. Facility staff will be systematically checking for cleanliness of the discharge site. If a culprit is discovered, enforcement action(s) will be taken. Please be reminded that personnel are to clean their shoes before entering any City of Durham site.
