not specified herein.
Failure to operate as permitted may result in the Department suspending or revoking this permit, initiating action to enjoin the unpermitted operation, imposing administrative
penalties, or invoking any other remedy as provided in Chapter 130A, Article 1, part 2 of the North Carolina General Statutes. This permit and registration expires on
December 31, 2023.

Dear Sir:
Brooks Compost Facility will allow your company to dispose of
grease trap waste from all counties at our facility in Goldston North
Carolina. This agreement is valid from January 1st, 2023 until December 31,
2023.
We will continue sampling and monitoring your waste product, and if
for any reason we have difficulty composting your waste or analysis shows
any nutrients or elements that will be harmful to our compost operation we
reserve the right to void this agreement immediately. We also reserve the
right to terminate this agreement immediately if we are at or over capacity
for this type waste. Written notice of termination will be sent to you and
NCDENR. Under no circumstances will any domestic or portable toilet
se to a waste be accepted. No trucks that are used for hauling domestic
or portable toilet se to a waste will be allowed to unload at Brooks
Farm Compost Facility.
Updated insurance certificates (liability, workman's compensation,
and automobile), copy of your new permit and a W-9 must be on file in our
office before trucks will be allowed to unload.
