IV. Inspector Comments
V. PHOTOGRAPHS
Photo 1: Photo taken from northwestern corner of property facing east. Utility building and
stubbed up electrical panel boxes visible in photograph.
At the time of the Site Inspection, it was unclear if the single wide mobile home was occupied or was in
the process of being repaired. And if being repaired, would it be relocated, be used as an office, or be
used as a residence (not allowable based on the land use restrictions for the property). No one was
present at the property at the time of the Site Inspection.
On February 3, 2023, a phone call was placed to the property owner (Linda Rollins) and the trailer was
discussed. It is not occupied and is currently being renovated as office space. Land Use Restriction
Updates have not been submitted since 2019 on the property which was also discussed. Following the
phone call, an email with links and directions on where to find, and how to fill out the Land Use
Restrictions for the property were sent to Ms. Rollins who indicated she would provide the information
requested.
