Firm operation shall be in accordance with the provisions of N.C. General Statute 130A-291.1 - 130A-291.3, Tide 15A of the N.C. Administrative Code 13B .0800 et.seq.,
conditions of the permit, and representations made in the application and accompanying documents for a permit.
The permit holder is only authorized to operate Septage Management Facilities listed below:
North and South Durham WRF, Durham, NC
Archie Elledge WWTP, Winston-Salem, NC
TZ Osborne WRF, McLeansville, NC
This permit does not entitle the permit holder to operate a Septage Land Application Site, a Septage Detention or Treatment Facility, or any other solid waste management facility
not specified herein. Also, this permit does not entitle the permit holder to operate a pumper vehicle for the transportation of Septage.
Failure to operate as permitted may result in the Department suspending or revoking this permit, initiating action to enjoin the unpermitted operation, imposing administrative
penalties, or invoking any other remedy as provided in Chapter 130A, Article 1, part 2 of the North Carolina General Statutes. This permit and registration expires on
December 31, 2023.

with them and they said I should receive ours by 11/15/2022. will send once
recieved.

AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE
Se tics-R-Us
hereby is granted permission to discharge domestic septage waste into City of Durham's
North and South Water Reclamation Facilities. This discharge shall be between the hours
of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., five days a week. Permission to discharge is restricted to
waste collected in the state of North Carolina. The maximum discharge volume of each
load is 1600 gallons.
Septics-R-Us shall comply with all provisions of City of Durham's Sewer Use
Ordinance. If any provision of the City's Sewer Use Ordinance is violated, this
authorization maybe terminated.
Fee assessment and waste determination may be required at the discretion of the City of
Durham, Department of Water Management.
This authorization shall be valid from January 1, 2023 until December 31, 2023.
