This report was submitted on your behalf by Mr. Eric Wysong of Apex Engineering, LLC (Apex). DEQ understands the redevelopment on the Matheson Ave Brownfields Properties will be done jointly under the DEQ-approved Environmental Management Plan (EMP) dated November 26, 2019. DEQ Brownfields has reviewed the report and comments to the previous version has been addressed. Brownfields Redevelopment Section has determined this project is in compliance with Land Use Restriction 15.h in the recorded Notice of Brownfields Property. Please be advised that this approval does not waive any applicable requirement to obtain any necessary permits, licenses or certifications which may be required from other state or local entities.
