Photo 1: Gaston Crossing Signage at eastern inlet to property.

Fast food restaurants make up approximately 50% of the property (Photos 1-3), with the
remainder of the property being vacant (Photos 4 and 5). As indicated in Photo 4, a car
wash is proposed for the southern portion of the property, although no work had begun
at the time of the Site Inspection.
