This use is permissible within Land Use Restrictions which includes “limited truck, equipment, and container maintenance and repairs, container sales, intermodal transportation services, associated parking”. Summary: Although there was some tire rutting observed due to recent rain, this was within the gravel fill located above the orange demarcation fabric installed within the “Area of potential soil contamination” (Photo 6). The orange demarcation fabric was not visible through the surficial cover at the time of the Site Inspection. These are used in the light equipment maintenance as described in the Structures on Property section above. A parts washer is also used within the maintenance area; however, it uses hot water and soap to clean any parts (Photo 3). Inspector Comments V. PHOTOGRAPHS Photo 1: View of maintenance building facing west. Met with Mr. Dale Burris during the Site Inspection who gave me a tour of the facility. The maintenance building is used for the repair of shipping container boxes and trailer chassis.
