ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Reviewed semi-annual groundwater (July -August 2018, February -March 2019, July -August 2019, February 2020,
August 2020, February 2021, September 2021, February 2022 & August 2022).
2. Edge of waste markers were in place and visible along the perimeter of the landfill.
3. The landfill had good vegetative cover and no depressions or areas of leachate seeps were observed.
4. An inspection of monitoring wells was performed to verify proper tags and locks. Monitoring well MW9R had a
broken hinge which allowed the cap to be lifted up even though it was locked on the front side. Mr. Boller stated he
would have staff immediately make the repairs to the hinge.
