or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

2) The required information of Firm name, town name, phone number, and permit number was on both
sides of the vehicle. Each letter of the required information was greater than three (3) inches in height.
The lettering was distinguishable and not blocked from view. The lettering meets the requirements of
15A NCAC 13B .0835(b).
3) The tank is affixed to the frame of the trucks as required per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(1).
4) The valves appeared to be in working order and closed on the truck as required per 15A NCAC 13B
.0835(a)(2). Caps were present on ports.
5) Access ports were closed and properly sealed on the truck as required per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(3).
6) No leaks were noticed as required per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a).
7) Truck was in compliance with the Septage Rules.
