Summary: N/A Summary: Site Inspection was performed on townhome portion of property which is currently under construction. Summary: Exposed soil consistent with site redevelopment activities and EMP (Photo 1). Raven VaporBlock-20 was being installed on the northern portion of the property during the inspection. Summary: N/A Condition: Summary: N/A No risk of public exposure observed at the time of the Site Inspection. PHOTOGRAPHS Photo 1: View of townhome soil contact wall VIMS installation facing southwest from corner of Woodlawn Rd. and Chastain Ave. The Site Inspection was performed to observe a VIMS riser piping and soil contact wall VIMS barrier inspection being performed by H&H. No issues were observed with sections of the wall that had already been addressed, although the entire northern building wall was not complete at the time of the Site Inspection. VIMS piping appeared in good condition, with proper slope on horizontal sections, and labeling was observed. No issues were identified during the Site Inspection.
