(2.28 acres) for a total of 8.61 acres. The site is permitted for the land application of domestic septage
(including portable toilet waste) and grease septage.
Required signage I
2) Required signage was noted at the entrance to the septage land application site as required per 15A
NCAC 13B .0842(a)(2).
3) An all-weather road is well maintained as required per 15A NCAC 13B .0842(a)(3).
4) Disposal area boundaries were delineated with permanent markers in both fields and corresponded to
the site map. The markers meet the requirements of 15A NCAC 13B .0842(a)(10).
5) Quality of crop was good on Field 1 and moderate on Field 2. At the time of inspection, Field 2 had not
been used in several months and Mr. Hoyle was planning to move cattle to the field for grazing following
