Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. Pagel of 3 NORTH CARnLINAD_E Q�� OepaNnent of Environmental 0uali� ADDITIONAL COMMENTS FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section 1) This facility consists of three steel tanks — one 4,000-gallon tank, one 8,000-gallon tank, and one 12,000- gallon tank for a total capacity of 24,000 gallons. The facility is permitted for the storage of domestic septage (including portable toiler waste) and grease trap pumpings. IC kr kf . KcF�OUi l 11� l { fi d 12,000-gallon tank No Trespassing sign 2) An all-weather access is well maintained as required per 15A NCAC 13B .0838(b). 3) No holes or cracks which may allow the escape of septage were noted on any of the tanks as required per 15A NCAC 13B .0838(c). 4) No vectors were noted at the time of inspection as required per 15A NCAC 13B .0838(e)(2). 5) No odors which would cause compliance issues with 15A NCAC 13B .0838(g) were noted. 6) Some debris was noted within 5-feet of the tanks. Mr. Hoyle removed the debris following the inspection and sent photos to Ms. Williams. Please keep tanks clear of debris within 5-feet to allow for inspection per 15A NCAC 13B .0838(i). 7) "No Trespassing" signage was noted at the time of inspection as required per 15A NCAC 13B .0838(k). 8) Setback requirements appear to have been met per 15A NCAC 13B .0838(m).
