ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
01 - Facility still needs to add signage, unless I missed seeing it. 02 - This was an unannounced inspection. Mr. Neiman wasn’t on-site. One staff member acknowledged my presence to perform this inspection.
03 - Facility has chipper on-site to make mulch for sale or use on-site. 04 - Minimal amount of un-processed debris on-site during this inspection. 05 - Facility has a concrete bunker where processed mulch is stored until needed. Some is stored along the outside of
this bunker as well.
06 - Some mulch is used on-site for shrubs that look good around the office and bunker area. 07 - This facility is connected to Mr. Nieman’s landscaping business. 08 - Facility is not open to the public for receiving yard waste. 09 - Facility appears to be managed well.
10 - Digital pictures were taken during this inspection with some attached to this report. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding this inspection report.
