General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: 01 - Facility is located behind the Town of Williamston Wastewater Treatment plant.
02 - Site has chain link fencing and a locking gate. 03 - No trespassing signs posted at gate entrance. 04 - No public access to this facility. All visitors must sign in at office. 05 - Facility roads are constructed of all-weather materials. 06 - Large Waste, facility has a Air Curtain Burner Permit for use. 07 - Leaves, Grass and small Yard Waste are being composted. Small amount on-site.
08 - This was an un-announced facility inspection. Lee Haislip was called when John College arrived at the facility. 09 - Site has minimal vegetative debris on-site 10 - Overall this facility is being managed well 11 - Digital pictures taken during this inspection. Several attached to this report.
