Park Avenue, 1600 and 1612/1614 Camden Road, and Parcel No. 12306123 (no associated address) in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina (the “Property”): 1. Four photographs (two close-up and two distant) of the posting of the Summary of Notice of Intent to Redevelop a Brownfields Property (“SNI”) at the Property; 2. Proof of mailing (via certified mail) of the full Notice of Intent to Redevelop a Brownfields Property package (“NI”) to representatives of all local governments having jurisdiction over the Property; 3. Proof of mailing (via certified mail) of the SNI to all contiguous property owners; 4. Proof of mailing (via certified mail) of the full NI package to the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library – West Boulevard Branch, for public review; and 5.
