ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT
Division of Waste Management

1. The facility is a notified land clearing and inert debris (LCID) landfill. The disposal area for the notified LCID
landfill shall remain under two (2) acres.
2. The facility is located on the same property as the Warren County Closed MSWLF (9301-MSWLF1982) and
Transfer Station (9302T-TRANSFER-1995). The property is secured by a locking gate when it is not open for
operation.
3. The facility accepts waste Monday through Friday from 0700 to 1600.
4. The waste stream was relatively clean. A few pieces of blue plastic were observed within the waste stream. Please
remove the unacceptable wastes from the waste stream as they are identified.
5. The LCID area had been graded to shed surface water.
6. Cover soil has been staged at the top of the LCID.
7. An area of steam was identified within yard trash (leaves and pine straw) near the center of the LCID. The area
should be covered with soil or moved to a different area to prevent the possibility of igniting the remainder of the
LCID.
8. Several piles of ground asphalt were identified along the access roadway to the LCID. The ground asphalt was
being utilized to repair and widen the access roadway.
9. Photographs were taken during the course of this inspection.
