ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. The facility is fenced and is secured by a locking gate when it is not open for operation.
2. Correct signage is at the entrance of the facility listing the facility name, permit number, emergency contact
information as well as materials accepted at the facility.
3. The facility accepts waste Monday through Friday from 0700 to 1600.
4. Some waste was observed underneath the compactor during this inspection. Endure that the waste is removed prior
to the end of the operating day.
5. Windblown waste was being well -managed around the transfer station. A bag of windblown waste was observed
near the loading end of the transfer trailer.
6. The white goods are stored upright on a concrete pad to the north of the transfer station.
7. Scrap tires were laced within a storage trailer.
8. The two full and covered trailers were found to have a slow drip from the tail gate. Mr. Brothers was informed of
the slow drip. Ms. Thompson recommended the tightening of the tail gate and the placement of a bucket or trough
under the leak to prevent the leachate from contaminating the soils.
9. Digital photographs were taken during the inspection.
