Endure that the waste is removed prior to the end of the operating day. 5. Windblown waste was being well -managed around the transfer station. A bag of windblown waste was observed near the loading end of the transfer trailer. 6. The white goods are stored upright on a concrete pad to the north of the transfer station. 7. Scrap tires were laced within a storage trailer. 8. The two full and covered trailers were found to have a slow drip from the tail gate. Mr. Brothers was informed of the slow drip. Ms. Thompson recommended the tightening of the tail gate and the placement of a bucket or trough under the leak to prevent the leachate from contaminating the soils. 9.
