Soil was scraped from top 1’ on site, and from building footers (to a depth of approximately 2’). Soil to be respread on-site, but requested it be covered to prevent run-off due to expected rain in the forecast. PHOTOGRAPHS Photo 1: Washed stone base, and TerraVent vapor collection mat visible in photograph. PVC piping transition to TerraVent and riser stub-up also visible. Site Inspection performed to observe stone and sub-slab piping inspection being performed by Terracon Consultants. The sub-slab inspection was performed, and no issues were identified. Was informed that Elite Radon would be performing a barrier inspection, coupon sampling, and smoke testing in two days. I let Terracon representative know that I would probably attend that inspection also.
