PHOTOGRAPHS Photo 1: Southern (front) side of building facing northwest As mentioned previously, tree removal work on northern portion of site has almost been completed. According to Mr. Morrison, the area will be graded up to 24” in places and will eventually be used for equipment storage (Photos 4-7). On August 1st, 2022, Mr. Scott Brantley with TEP contacted me by phone, and explained that he had discussed the work currently taking place with the Brownfields PM and had sent an email outlining the work proposed which summarized their phone discussion. Mr. Brantley forwarded this email to my attention on August 1st, 2022 and it stated “we are looking to do tree clearing/grubbing on the back of the lot. Based on our conversation we are good to proceed as long as no soil leaves the site or is stockpiled, and we need to keep disturbance to a max depth of 24”. Following the Site Inspection, the observations were discussed with the PM, and she reached out to Mr. Brantley who confirmed that no soil or other type of material was to be brought onto the property, and only clearing, grubbing, and compacting was taking place at the property.
