IV. Inspector Comments
V. PHOTOGRAPHS
Photo 1: Photograph of northeastern corner of property facing west along Polo Rd.
The Site Inspection was performed as a result of performing other inspections in the area,
including on the adjacent property (Polo Rd. property). The property was cleared with no
structures present. Chain-link fencing was present around the perimeter of property,
therefore, DEQ was unable to access the interior of the property. As noted previously,
there were four 55-gallon drums visible on the property with signage that indicated they
contained AECOM generated purge water, and were pending analysis.

Photo 4: Four 55-gallon drums observed on the property. Unable to access due to site fencing.
Photo 5: It appeared that monitoring well MW-4 is located on bottom left of photo. Writing on
55-gallon drum on far left indicates drums full of AECOM purge water pending analysis.
