Provide occupancy and use information. The property is currently a mix of commercial buildings, parking lots, and undeveloped land. Wilson's Outdoor Equipment formerly occupied the building at 500 and 502 West Morgan St. The Flex Bar was formerly located at 501 Hillsborough St. TJ Kattermann, Fix it Man, were also formerly located at 501 Hillsborough St. John Montgomery's Violins Inc. formerly operated at 509 Hillsborough St. The space at 513 Hillsborough St. is unoccupied. 515 Hillsborough St. is undeveloped. A secure public paid surface parking lot is located at 512 and 514 West Morgan St. b. Describe the construction of the builidng including materials (e.g. wood frame, block), type and size of openings (e.g. windows, bay doors), and height (number of stories) 500 & 502 West Morgan St: One-story brick, cinder block, and wood consutructed building with approximately 5 narrow windows, 2 doors, and 2 bay doors approximately 10 to 12 feet in height. 501 Hillsborough St: Brick/cinder block constructed basement with no windows and one flight of stairs. 1 door entry located at the top of stairs. 501 Hillsborough St: One-story brick constructed building with 1 large window front facing and 2 doors (containing windows). Floor is constructed of wood and lies approximately 1 foot above grade. 509 Hillsborough St: One-story brick constructed building with 8 narrow, vertical windows and 10 wider, horizontal windows front facing. 2 doors used as entry that include windows. 509 Hillsborough St is approximately 5 feet taller than the adjacent Hillsborough St addresses. 513 Hillsborough St: One-story brick constructed building with 8-10 vertical windows front facing. 2 doors used as entry that include windows. c. Describe the foundation construction. Include details on type, floor construction, and depth below grade. 502 & 510 Morgan St, 503 Hillsborough St, 509 Hillsborough St, 513 Hillsborough St: Concrete slab on grade. 507 Hillsborough St: Wooden floor approximately 1 foot above grade. d. Describe the HVAC system in the building. Include available details on type, equipment location, source of air return, and design considerations (e.g. positive pressure?). Information from applicable databases can and should be utilized; however, should not be utilized in lieu of the windshield survey. If multiple wells are present within the requested radius, please provide a map of the well locations. If needed, please attach a separate table to list all wells. Please note, the PM may opt for a more extensive water supply well survey if needed.
