I was looking through your application for renewal of SLAS‐10‐13.  Some of your answers for  questions within Section II 
needed a little more of an explanation.  I have attached an addendum that has the information that we like to see.  Also, 
we need something from you stating that you want to keep the site inactive and that no septage was applied to the site 
during the last permit cycle.  I have type up a letter that you can use.  If you are ok with the two documents that I have 
attached to this email, please sign, date, and email both of them back to me.  If you have any questions, please contact 
me.
