The school building is not currently in-use, and as a result, no risk to the public was
observed at the time of the Site Inspection. In addition, the active VIMS is in operation,
which should significantly reduce/eliminate VI into the building if the system is in
operation.

V. PHOTOGRAPHS
Photo 1: Smoke generating equipment and duct work attached to one of the three VIMS
exhaust risers on the western end of the building.
The smoke test was begun prior to DEQ personnel arriving onsite to observe the testing.
No visible smoke from below the concrete slab was observed while DEQ personnel was
onsite, although photos and videos taken by AECOM earlier in the day showed significant
smoke from below the slab in the area where air movement was detected during a
previous Site Inspection (Photo 7).

the start of the test, until smoke was observed at riser port prior to being injected below slab.
