Photo 1: View of eastern property boundary taken from South Blvd.

Arrived early for 2pm meeting at the adjacent property (Dilworth Auto Service).
Noticed that existing structure was being razed on the Dilworth Auto Svc II property
and decided to perform a drive-by inspection. There were only two construction
workers on-site, and they were taking down the existing building, and segregating the
different building materials (masonry, steel, electrical, etc.). Spoke with Mr. Tony
Pereira with RCI Demolition while I was on the property.
