The Renewal YWN was not submitted by the June 1 st deadline. The YWN renewal MUST be submitted as soon as possible. PURPOSE OF SITE VISIT: Compliance Inspection NOTICE OF VIOLATIONS None. OBSERVED VIOLATIONS: None. The item(s) listed above were observed by Section staff and require action on behalf of the facility in order to come into or maintain compliance with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. Correct signage is posted near the gated entrance. The gate was open during this inspection. 2. There are trash cans at the site for all unacceptable wastes that come in with the leaves and other yard trash. Good job. 3. The leaves are properly windrowed in the southern portion of the clearing. The yard trash is properly windrowed in the northern portion of the clearing. Adequate spacing was identified between and around the windrows to allow for proper management and access for emergency vehicles. 4. Edge of waste markers were visible from one to the next, around the yard waste notification, 5. The waste stream was relatively clean. A few landscaping pots were observed within the yard waste windrow. The 6. An area of standing water was observed along the southern edge of the yard waste windrow.
