1 – Inspected pump vehicle: VIN – 1FDUF5HT2MEC71626; NC License WPA8TE 2 – Waste tank volume is 450 gallons and a 450 gallons clean water tank 3 – Pumper vehicle was properly lettered with company name, city, phone number, and permit number in letters larger than three inches on both sides of the truck 4 – Tank(s) appeared structurally sound
5 – Valves and access ports appeared in proper working order. Caps were present on access ports 6 – No evidence of leakage from the tank, valves or access ports 7 – Truck being put into service Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding this inspection report.
