Facility established in 2008. Co-located with mattress store and consignment shop. Picture 3: Two Marvel PC-55 (55-lb. capacity) solvent recovery dryers, in spill containment. Picture 2: Marvel PS-65 petroleum transfer (65-lb. capacity) dry cleaning machine located in spill containment. Facility uses Ecosolv solvent. Picture 4: Solvent filter assembly for the dry cleaning system, in spill containment. The three housings hold a total of 12 split filters and 6 carbon filters. Separator water is treated in the Galaxy onsite WWTU. Picture 7: 55-gallon drum of dry cleaning solvent (Ecosolv) stored behind the dry cleaning machine without spill containment. Picture 6: Log of solvent filter changes, posted on wall adjacent to the solvent filter assembly. Filters are drained in their housings for a week prior to removal and disposal in the waste drum. Picture 8: Galaxy mister wastewater treatment unit located within the spill pan of the solvent recovery dryers. Manager said filters changed every 2-3 months but no filter change log is being kept. Drum used to dispose spent solvent and WWTU filters and spotting table waste. Picture 11: Spotting table with waste collection container. Waste container emptied into waste drum, manager said very little waste generated. Picture 10: Vacuum pump located in the boiler room. Pump is manually drained into container, which was full at time of inspection. Condensate is treated in Galaxy WWTU. Picture 12: Completed emergency information form posted on bulletin board near front of facility.
