Photo 1: View of property, auto sales office building, and eight level used car “tower” facing
west.

Site inspection performed as a result of performing others in the vicinity, and had extra
time available. Does not appear from Laserfiche search in the field that PD is current on
LUR submittals. Spoke with office manager during Site Inspection, however, they are
renting building, and was not aware of Brownfields program, and was not aware of how
to contact property owner.
