IV. Inspector Comments
V. PHOTOGRAPHS
Photo 1: Photograph taken facing east on the south side of Little Sugar Creek. Former building
slabs are visible in the foreground, with buildings on the North Davidson II Brownfield property
visible in the background.
The Site Inspection was performed at the request of the PM while performing others in
the area. As shown on the site map on the first page (and Photo 4), Little Sugar Creek
flows across the middle of the property. Several buildings on the northern and southern
portion of the property have been demolished, with only their concrete slabs remaining.
There was a basement within a building on the southern corner of the property which as
stated in the Use of Basements section, has mostly been filled with rubble from what is
believed to be the former structure. The only remaining intact building is a one-story
yellow concrete block building on the western portion of the property (Photo 4). It was
appeared to be a garage (Villa Heights Garage on Google Earth), however, there was no
signage on the building, and it was not open at the time of the Inspection. During the Site
Inspection, a soil gas sampling point was located on the northwestern corner of the
property (Photo 7), as was an improperly abandoned soil boring (Photo 8).
