Crop rotation not being maintained in field with weed growth overtaken most of the area. This is a violation of Rule .0842(a)(17) that states “approved nutrient management plans shall be followed.”

Overgrowth of weeds not allowing crop growth
1 – Posted sign could not be found at time of inspection due to overgrowth 2 – Good access road 3 – Markers are up and appear to be accurate 4 – Septage discharges all to be with permitted boundaries 5 – No recent applications 6 – Crops are not present in accordance to the nutrient management plan, and weeds have over taken growth. This
