A temporary construction trailer being used during a water main installation within South Boulevard is present on the property (Photo 1). This construction trailer was present, and previously noted, in the March 4th, 2022 Site Inspection Report. Although there were no environmental risks to the pubic observed at the time of the site inspection, there was two small tents set up near the center of the property. No one was observed at the property during the Site Inspection, and the tents were not approached by the DEQ inspector (Photos 4 and 5). PHOTOGRAPHS Photo 1: Construction trailer present on the property facing west. The inspection was performed to determine if site work had started at the property while performing other Site Inspections in the area. Construction activities at the site had not yet begun, nor had construction equipment or materials been staged on-site. As noted within the Current Exposure to Public/Public Risk section, there were two, possibly three camping type tents present on the property (Photos 4 and 5). No inhabitants were seen while performing the Site Inspection, and no attempt was made to contact potential residents.
