A site inspection was performed to determine the status of the Radio Center property. A
temporary construction trailer is staged along the western boundary of the property for
use during water line repair work taking place down the center of South Boulevard,
parallel to site (Photos 2 and 3). During the Site Inspection, six 5-gallon plastic buckets
with sample tubing and used sampling supplies were observed on the property adjacent
to temporary borings that had been abandoned prior to the Site Inspection. Green PVC
sewer stub-ups were observed across the site which did not appear recent (Photo 5).
