ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. The Septage Detention and Treatment facility (SDTF) consists of one below ground 2,000-gallon concrete tank.
2. Set-back/buffer requirements were checked and appear to have been met. The corners of the tank were left exposed for inspection purposes.
3. A “No Trespassing sign” is required to be placed at or near the entrance the site or can be placed on the tank itself.
4. All weather roads are maintained for access to the site.
5. The tank appeared to be structurally sound. According to Mr. Prestwood the tank is traffic rated.
6. The tank appears to be new and has not been used to store waste. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding this inspection report.
