ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. David Powell, with the Solid Waste Section (SWS), met with Charles Martin to inspect the NLCID onsite.
Mr. Martin indicated it was mostly for personal use and has not been used for many years. Mr. Martin brought his last inspection, from 2011, and indicated that was around last time it was used. 2. Landfill was very small, covered and overgrown with grasses and shrubs. Mr. Powell and Mr. Martin walked part of the site and there was no visible exposed waste and looks good. 3. This site has been closed and will be considered CLOSED and can no longer accept waste. The corners need to be marked with permanent markers so that in the future it will not accidently be disturbed and can be maintained. Suggest 4 tall white PVC pipes.
