Summary: Diesel fuel AST's observed for construction equipment use (Photo 5). Although
there was no sign of staining observed, there were no spill prevention measures observed
at the time of the Site Inspection. The EMP does not specify requirements for AST
storage. However, DEQ recommends that the ASTs be contained within a secondary
storage unit.

The project manager requested a drive-by inspection to find out if site work had begun at
the property. Site work was in progress upon arrival, with significant amount of grading
having taken place. Concrete curbing installation has been started around future tenant
parking areas, although it did not appear that any work had begun on the future
apartment buildings (Photo 2 and 4).
