Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1) Pumper vehicle(s) inspected: TRUCK LICENSE PLATE # VIN # TANK CAPACITY (gal) Temp Tags 2NKBL59X0CM326321 3,800 2) The required information of Firm name, town name, phone #, and permit # was on both sides of the pumper vehicle. Each letter of the required information was greater than three (3) inches in height. The lettering was distinguishable and not blocked from view. The lettering meets the requirements of 15A NCAC 13B .0835(b). See pictures below. 3) The tank is made of steel and affixed to the frame of the truck as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(1). 4) The valves appeared to be in working order and closed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(2). Caps present on ports. 5) Access ports were closed and properly sealed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(3). 6) No leaks noticed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a). 7) Truck in compliance with the Septage Rules. 8) Cannot start pumping until the permit has been issued. When the permit is issued, it will be emailed to you. Driver side of pumper vehicle. Passenger side of pumper vehicle.
