Summary: Although not observed, did not have a chance to inspect entire property or
structure as two overhead cranes were transferring materials overhead across site (Photo
6). As a result, only the large section of VIMS barrier on southeast portion of the
property was inspected during the site visit.

V. PHOTOGRAPHS
Photo 1: VIMS barrier being inspected facing west.
Site inspection made during H&H VIMS barrier inspection on the southeastern portion of
the property (Photos 1-5). Although site personnel made repairs as they were pointed
out by H&H, they were too numerous to address during the inspection, and a
reinspection was required which was to be performed the following day (Photos 4 and 5).
As noted in Use of Basements section, did not inspect entire property for soil contact
walls due to two different cranes offloading materials from truck overhead, and the
amount of time spent on the barrier inspection.

columns using double sided tape. Concrete expansion joint stips attached to walls and columns
above barrier.
