IV. Inspector Comments
V. PHOTOGRAPHS
Photo 1: View of northern building (Building 2-2) facing southwest.
Site inspection was performed to confirm that no construction or moving of soil is taking
place outside of the immediate vicinity of the two future apartment buildings, the pool
house, and the future leasing office. There is a fenced in depressed area on the eastern
portion of the property that the developer wants to relocate excavated soil to, however,
they did not have DEQ’s approval to relocate soil to this area of the site at the time of the
Site Inspection (Photo3).
Mr. Ron Blake, Supervisor for WeaverCooke Construction gave a site tour to DEQ
personnel. No issues were identified during the site visit, and Mr. Blake is working closely
with DEQ and is aware of the soil movement limitations currently in place. Following the
site inspection, DEQ gave approval for relocation of excavated soils from the proposed
cut area to a stockpile location where soils will be sampled and eventually relocated to
the eastern part of the property.
