IV. Inspector Comments
V. PHOTOGRAPHS
Photo 1: Vent pipe following vegetation removal and bracing addition.
The Site Inspection was performed to determine if the broken methane vent pipes
identified during two previous Site Inspections in 2019 and 2020 had been repaired, and
vegetation surrounding several of the vent pipes had been removed. All six of the vent
risers were present, with repairs made to each of the previously broken vent pipe.
Support bracing had been installed on five of the six PVC vent pipes. Vegetation that
surrounded several of the vent pipes has been removed as requested.
