1 – Site has proper signage 2 – Tank is accessible for inspection. New tank has been placed and is in process of being added to permit. DO NOT use until then 3 – Tank appears to be structurally sound 4 – Septage transfers appear to be done in a safe and sanitary manner 5 – No vector problems or objectionable odors noted 6 – Setbacks appear compliant 7 – Stored septage appears to be used in a timely manner
