Regan Hudson STATUS OF PERMIT: Active Issued: 3/8/2018 Expires: 3/8/2023 PURPOSE OF SITE VISIT: Routine Inspection STATUS OF PAST NOTED VIOLATIONS: N/A OBSERVED VIOLATIONS: N/A The item(s) listed above were observed by Section staff and require action on behalf of the facility in order to come into or maintain compliance with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. The current Septage Land Application Site as permitted consists of Field 1 (21.4 acres), Field 2 (13.2 acres), Field 3 (21.5 acres) and Field 4 (7.4 acres) with a total of 63.5 acres. 2. The fields are permitted for land application of domestic septage and grease septage. 3. The site had accessible all-weather roads to the septage land application fields covered under the permit. 4. Field 1 appeared to be in good condition. 5. Field 2 was observed in good condition. A few boundary markers need to be replaced. 6. Field 3 was observed in good condition. 7. Field 4. As a reminder, Fields must have an 80% fescue crop cover. 8. Appropriate signage was displayed. 9. All septage discharges appear to have been made within the disposal area boundaries. 10. Missing boundary markers must be replaced.
