1. The following firm truck was inspected at 1882 Briggs Road, Salisbury, Rowan County.

2. The septage tank appeared to be structurally sound and bolted to the frame.
3. Valves and access ports appeared to be secure. Caps were present on the access ports. 4. The truck was properly marked in accordance with the lettering requirements. 5. No leaks were observed.
